Better Than Us
A social stealth narrative set in the year 2200, where the richest people in history have retreated to floating cities built to escape a climate disaster of their own making. Slip into lavish gatherings, charm your way past the ultra-wealthy, and quietly turn the tables on the elite — one conversation at a time.
From the BAFTA-nominated makers of Vampire Therapist, Better Than Us is a dark comedy about secrets, deception, and what happens when a few people hoard most of the world's wealth.

About the Game
You play as a skilled thief and master manipulator who, alongside her clever rodent companion, infiltrates the ocean fortresses of the ultra-rich. Progress comes not from combat or traditional stealth, but from charm and deception — every conversation is a tool, and every relationship a potential advantage.
Developed in consultation with historians from Oxford University, UC Davis, and the University of Florida, Better Than Us offers a tongue-in-cheek portrayal of the consequences of extreme wealth concentration.
Inspirations
A dark comedy inspired by The Count of Monte Cristo, Thief: The Dark Project, Pentiment, Inventing Anna, the works of Terry Pratchett, and five-star hotels in OPEC countries (look them up, it's horrifying).
